Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and getting close to pulling the trigger on a Pani.
My question to you guys is my dealer has a 2012 s that I can get an additional $1500 off so other than the L.E.D lights is there any other differences between the 2????

No difference between the 2012 and 2013 model other than an oil window and a different piston ring. So no gains. Best to probably go with the 2012 model. Would be more cost effective.

I don't know what you should do, but the later 2012s have had all the recalls done, the S models have DES, LED lights, CF front fender. The 2013 models have a version that is void of color and an R version. Anyway, this has been asked once or twice, look here, here, here, here and here for starters.
My advice to you is if a thread has more than 3 pages, don't bother reading beyond the first page because your question will have already been answered. The rest will be about rubber scat suits, why Canada sucks, why the US sucks, does TransNone13 have tribal tattoos and do you carry while you ride your pani. Cheers! Welcome to the forum!

My 12s has led lights. Not sure what you mean by other than the led.... Where in Canada are you?

No difference really. I'd go '12. $5000 goes a long way on goodies.

There is difference. All the 2013s were shipped with the 2012 recalls done at the factory. I just bought a 2013 and got 2 grand off in spring...

So my dealer had a 2012 s that I could of saved 1500 off but it sold while I was in Florida and doesn't want to budge on a 2013. How much did you guys save off buying current year?
